Opened in 2015, this mosque underwent a 10-month closure in 2022, just after some repair and renovation work (decorations, carpets, etc.).
In 2023, thanks to a group of determined and conscious people, who acted and worked hard for its reopening, it is now open again. El Hamdo Lilah.
We created the Al Fajr association for the public practice of Islamic worship. This association is managed by the articles of the 1905 law relating to religious associations and is registered under the following numbers:
RNA number: W133039156; SIREN/SIRET: 929896553 00013.
However, today, the owner of the property that houses this mosque is putting his property up for sale. To ensure the sustainability of this mosque, we must of course buy it.
In October 2024, the Al Fajr association signed a sales agreement with the owner, the duration is 12 months, i.e. until the end of 2025.
The total surface area of this mosque is 1,200 m² spread over four levels.
We have 12 months to collect the total sum of 664,925 euros.
We have set up a symbolic acquisition system of 1 m² for the price of €1000.
If each of us buys at least 1 m², with only 664 people we will be able to quickly guarantee the existence of this place of worship, Incha Allah, and with your donations.
It is our duty to save this mosque and ensure its existence for future generations.
We must all participate to achieve this noble goal.
We have 12 months to meet this challenge.

TO PURCHASE THE AL FAJR MOSQUE IN MARSEILLE PUBLIC WORSHIP OF ISLAM AL FAJR ASSOCIATION
First opened in 2015, today's Al fajr mosque was called Insaf, then in 2022 it underwent a closure that lasted 10 months, until March 2023.
Thanks to some of the faithful who took action and worked to reopen it, it is now open and el hamdo lilah.
However, the owner of the property housing the mosque is putting his property up for sale, and of course, to guarantee the mosque's continued existence, we have to buy it.
The Al Fajr association for the public exercise of Islamic worship has signed a promise of sale with the owner for a period of 12 months, ie until the end of 2025, and we have 12 months to collect the total sum of 664,925.00 euros,
It's our duty to save this mosque and guarantee its existence for future generations.
We must all contribute to this noble goal. We have 12 months to meet this challenge,
